Mama's Walnut Brownies

Mama's brownies have a rich chocolatey taste and cake like texture. They make a great dessert as they are or dressed up with a low carb vanilla ice cream and sugar free chocolate sauce. Satisfy that chocolate craving with Mama's walnut brownies straight out of the oven or have them ready in the fridge for when that craving strikes.
Low Carb Mama's Chocolate Mini Brownies

Are you a chocolate lover like Mama? These mini chocolatey, rich and fudgy brownies are a perfect snack to satisfy any chocolate urge! These are under 1 net carb per brownie!
4/5 Cup of Mama's Chocolate Baking Mix (95g)
2.5 tbsp soft butter
2 tbsp soft cream cheese
2 tbsp low carb chocolate chips (Mama likes Lilys)
1 tsp vanilla
Pre-heat oven to 350°F , use a 24 mini silicone muffin baking pan, if you do not have silicone grease a metal baking pan.
In a bowl beat the egg, vanilla, butter, cream cheese and chocolate chips, then add in the baking mix stirring with a spoon till the mixed, batter with be thick.
Add about 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin hole and smooth down with a piece of plastic wrap. Bake for 7-8 Min. Toothpick should come out sticky. Underbaking is important for a fudgy texture.
