Mama's Walnut Brownies

Mama's brownies have a rich chocolatey taste and cake like texture. They make a great dessert as they are or dressed up with a low carb vanilla ice cream and sugar free chocolate sauce. Satisfy that chocolate craving with Mama's walnut brownies straight out of the oven or have them ready in the fridge for when that craving strikes.
Low Carb Mama's Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Pre-heat oven to 350°F and grease an 8in by 8in baking pan with avocado or coconut oil.
In the greased pan beat the eggs and add in the baking mix and melted butter and 1 tbsp of nuts stirring with a spoon till the mix is all moistened.
Top with the remaining nuts and bake for 13-17 min. Toothpick should come out lightly moist. Underbake for a fudgier texture.
Underbake a few minutes for a fudgier texture.
