Mama's Tuxedo Brownie

Can't decide what to make for dessert tonight? Chocolate? Vanilla? Give this Keto Tuxedo Brownies, one of Mama's most popular asked for recipes, a try! These are supper simple, no fail and sure to impress everyone! Mama's Tuxedo brownies are a mix of creamy vanilla cheesecake and Mama's own Chocolate Baking Mix. With a moist texture and deep rich dark chocolate flavour combined with a vanilla cheesecake every mouthful is rich and satisfying.

Ingredients

1 cup plus 2 tbsp Mama's Chocolate Baking Mix
5 Eggs
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp room Temperature Butter
250g Cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered Erythritol (Swerve brand)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp stevia powder (1 packet)
1 Tbsp sour cream
Directions
Line a 9x9 baking pan or round 9 inch baling pan with parchment.
Heat oven to 350°
Add 1 egg, room temperature cream cheese powdered erythritol, sour cream, stevia and vanilla to a bowl and at beat on medium spead for 1 minute, then high till creamy and no lumps remain
Set the cheese mixture aside
Add 4 eggs to a deep bowl and mix on high speed with a mixer
When eggs double in volume, reduce speed to low and add butter.
By hand add Mama's Chocolate Baking mix 1/3 at a time, folding in until dry mixture is wet.
Set asside 5 Tbsp of the chocolate mixture, pouring the remainder into the baking pan and spread evenly (if batter is too thick at 1-2 tbsp of water and mix, then spread)
Add the cream mixture in 5 dollops, one in the center and each of the 5 corners, take the remaining chocolate batter and put 1 tbsp on top of each cheese mixture dollop.
Take a butter knife, inserting the tip in the mixter and run it from side to side in both directions leaving about a 1 inch gap between rows.
Bake at 350° for 14 - 18 minutes, toothpick should come out damp but not wet. Remove from oven and set aside for 20 min.
Can be served warm with a scoop of low carb ice cream or refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve cold.
