Mama's English Muffin

This is Mama's quick and easy English Muffin a.k.a. Mug Bread. And it's one of the many versatile uses for our Low Carb Bread Mix.
By the way, Mama likes to toast her muffins & buns and top with an egg, avocado mash, cheese and bacon! :)
Low Carb Mama's English Muffin a.k.a Mug Bread

¼ Cup of Low Carb Mama's Bugaboo Baking Flour Mix
1 Egg, Well-Beaten
2 tsp of Melted Butter
Mix all ingredients together in a mug. Mama uses a small bowl when wanting to make a quick bun for a burger or sandwich!
Microwave for about 1 minute and 50 seconds. A little longer (10-15) depending on your microwave, should be cooked but not dried out.
Let rest for a minute or two, before plating and slicing in half. You can also toast it now if you would like!
