Mama's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cake

It's time for our first variation on Mama's Chocolate Mug Cake Mix - Cocobear! This one holds a special place in my heart because it's based on a Peanut Butter Cup which was by far my favourite treat as a kid, this coming from one of Mama's kids. 

Low Carb Mama's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cake

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grease a mug or ramekin with oil or butter (use your preferred, Mama uses Coconut Oil)
  2. Mix all the ingredients (excluding 1 Tbsp of the Peanut Butter) together in the mug/ramekin
  3. Place the excluded 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter in the center of the of the cake but don't mix
  4. Microwave for approx. 1.5 mins (time may vary depending on your microwave)
  5. Let cool for 1 minute before serving and topping with Mama's suggested toppings at the bottom of the article
