Mama's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocloate chip cookies are a Fav of everyone's. Mama's makes it simple and oh so tasty! Full size or mini bites whatever you choose. Mama's favorites are 2 bite size using a heaping tablespoon as a measure. Enjoy!

Makes approximately 40 mini or 12 larger cookies.

Ingredients
-
1 package of Low Carb Mama Sweetheart Vanilla Baking Mix
⅓ cup Krisda Chocolate Chips or Lily's Chocolate Chips
½ Soft Butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cream butter in a medium size bowl with spoon or spatula.
Add Sweetheart baking mix and chocolate chips and stir till it forms a dough.
Spoon onto baking sheet, for mini cookies use a heaping tsp, for larger cookies use a Tb. Makes 40 mini or 12 large cookies.
Bake for 10 min and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Recipe Note
Mama likes to roll her cookies into balls and then just slightly flatten.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw for 15 min. before eating.
