Probably the best way to enjoy Mama's bread mix is with this bagel recipe. It's simple, and gives you bagels that are great warm or chilled... and toast really well! They can be served with peanut butter, cream cheese, egg and bacon or any other toppings you'd like!
Low Carb Mama's Bagels

Pre-heat your oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, mix the cream cheese and mozzarella then microwave for 1 minute.
Stir the cheeses, then microwave again for 1 minute before stirring together until smooth.
Add all eggs to the cheese and mix well until incorporated.
Adding a half cup at a time, add Low Carb Mama's Bread Mix to the mixture until just combined. Continue until all bread mix is added.
Need mixture into a ball, then cut into 6 equal parts and roll those into balls.
Place the balls on your baking sheet and punch a hole in the centers to form 6 bagels. (Optional) sprinkle on sesame seeds or other bagel toppings before baking.
Bake in oven for 14 mins. Bagels should come out light brown.
