Mama's Bagels

Probably the best way to enjoy Mama's bread mix is with this bagel recipe. It's simple, and gives you bagels that are great warm or chilled... and toast really well! They can be served with peanut butter, cream cheese, egg and bacon or any other toppings you'd like!

Low Carb Mama's Bagels

  • 1 ½ Cup of Low Carb Mama's Bread Mix
  • 2 ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 6oz Cream Cheese, Cut into Chunks
  • 4 Eggs, Well Beaten
  • 1 Egg White


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, mix the cream cheese and mozzarella then microwave for 1 minute
  2. Stir the cheeses, then microwave again for 1 minute before stirring together until smooth
  3. Add all eggs to the cheese and mix well until incorporated
  4. Adding a half cup at a time, add Low Carb Mama's Bread Mix to the mixture until just combined. Continue until all bread mix is added
  5. Need mixture into a ball, then cut into 6 equal parts and roll those into balls
  6. Onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the balls and punch a hole in the centers to form 6 bagels
  7. Bake at 400°F for 14mins, bagels should be light brown
