Chocolate Chip Dessert Waffle

Dessert waffles! Hot or cold these waffles are sure to please. Mama always makes extra, this way she has some to snack on later, thay make a great cookie replacement. When serving warm for dessert, Mama likes to top her warm waffle with a scoop of keto ice cream, no gulit, all pleasure!
Low Carb Mama's Chocolate Chip Waffles

1 package of Mama's Sweetheart Vanilla Baking Mix
2/3 almond Milk
2 tbl sugar free chocolate chips
2 tbl vanilla extract
2 tbl powdered swerve
4 tsp lupin flour
Heat up your waffle iron.
In a large bowl beat eggs with a whisk add almond mild and vanilla and beat again.
Add Mama's Sweetheart mix , lupin powder and chocolate chips to the wet ingredients and whisk again, batter should be like a thick soup.
Grease the hot waffle iron with butter or coconut oil and add about 1/8 cup of batter to each waffle spot, it should just fill the spot not overflow.
Close waffle maker and cook for about 2 min, time may very depending on how hot your waffle make gets. Check at 1.5 min and then every 30 seconds. They should be lightly golden.
Remove from waffle and place on a plate to serve, dust with swerve powder, enjoy alone, with a sugar-free syrup or keto ice cream. Cool extra waffle on a wire rack and dust with powdered swerve when cool, store in a tupperware container.
Note: No need to refrigerate. These freeze well, just thaw for 20 min or heated in the toaster oven for about 1 min.
Dessert: Make a low carb icecream sandwich, add 1/2 cup of your favorite low carb icecream between two waffles!
